6/28- Yoga & Pottery Immersion Workshop

with Melanie Kaffl & Nancy Fallon

  • Sunday, June 28th, 1:00-3:30 pm

  • Welcome in Summer and escape to the coast without leaving town! Bluebird member & ceramic artist Melanie Kaffl teams up with Nancy Fallon for a relaxing afternoon of yoga and pottery glazing!

Nancy will begin with a gentle yoga practice to relax your nervous system and encourage your mind to let go and get creative. The practice will start with gentle movement, progress into myofascial release in all the right spots to reduce the body's tension, and conclude with a guided meditation to take you on a journey to the shore in your mind.

Next, Melanie will guide you into the creative process as you glaze a stylish mug capturing the serene colors of the beach. Imagine starting your day, coffee or tea in hand, with the soft sounds of morning surf whispered by your mug's oceanic hues. No prior pottery or yoga experience is necessary—this workshop is for everyone.
